Truth Evangelistic Fountain Ministries was founded on the February 28, 2002, and registered with the NGO National Board on the 23rd August 2002. after our precious Lord laid a great burden for Revival and aggressive Evangelism in the heart of Pastor/Evangelist James Okalo Ekwang, who eventually teamed up with Brother George Otaka  and Pastor Johnson Enamu . Together they have raised up a ministry which is blessing countless of lives across the globe!

 

The basic objectives have been to be at the fore front of Revival in the Northern part of Uganda, to and link Revival Conferences, and Evangelism across the communities, churches and denominations, to perform and be part of various Christian related, educational and family training, to support disadvantaged persons in society, to plant churches, and such other related developments.

 

EVANGELISM:

 

We have been able, by the grace of God, to take the healing and saving power of Jesus Christ to the Districts of Arua, Nebbi, Pakwach, Kitgum, Gulu, Apac, Lira, Soroti, Kumi, Moroto, Tororo, Pallisa, Jinja, Kampala, Entebbe, Masaka, Kapchorwa, Kisoro, Bundibugyo, Masindi, Hoima, among others in Uganda.

 

Church branches have been planted in Kampala, Arua, Hoima, Apac, Inomo and Bala, among others. These are, themselves, very strategic points to connect the entire vision to the rest of the country, where the ministry services are needed.

 

Externally, we have taken the gospel and preached in foreign countries such as Kenya, South Africa, Burundi, Sudan, and USA. Because of this ministry, we now have partner ministries in Bungoma, Mombasa, Nairobi, Kenya, Zambia, Pretoria, Johannesburg and Pietermaritzburg in South Africa, as well as Warren, Ohio in the United States of America.

 

Within the country, our specific targeted areas of ministry have been schools and colleges, to reach out to the youngsters, teaching and impacting them for productive, results oriented and morally upright living. Among others, we reached out to Makerere University, Kumi University, Ngetta and Packwach N.T.C.'s, UCC Aduku, Loro Core PTC Lira School of Nursing and midwifery. We have been in many primary and secondary schools that would require much space to enumerate.

 

The call of mercy for the suffering has pushed us several times to go into hospitals whenever we go into an area ministering the Word. We operate by taking material items such as soap, sugar, clothes, etc. and distributing among patients, along with needed  cash. Our driving force is to share the message of salvation.

 

In Lira, we are on a schedule of visiting inmates in the local prisons with the Word of God and material things. Most of these have, once released, joined churches, even when they formerly did not attend them. The significance is changed lives.
 
Truth Fountain also is involved in a wonderful Ophan work which helps the most needy of children in and around Lira with it's surrounding communities. You can sponsor children through their outreaches and orphanage.
