Pastor Fred Wakula is leader over several rural churches in the Dem. Rep. of Congo as well as working with children in Bukavu where his church is located. He has a beautiful wife, Riziki, and they have four children together.

Yvonne and Leroy have worked with this ministerial family since 2005 with benevolence funding.
