Missions with Africa (MwA), is working in Barlonyo (alongside the works of Truth Evangelistic Fountain and Christian Communication Centre), the location of a terrible massacre by the LRA which left the community devastated, over 400 people killed, many abducted, and the homes all burned. Citizens were left scarred mentally, emotionally, and physically.
Our goal is to establish a Chapel and Community Center. Included in the work of this center is reaching out to the community and the many orphaned children to help them establish stability within their own culture and encouragment and hope towards having a good future.

A mobile health unit is planned which will act as a drop-in centre to provide health services to the children at the village, the community in and around Barlonyo, and especially catering mothers and mothers-to-be.
Young mothers with needy children.
This facility will be called, “The King of Glory Chapel and Community Center” will be provided for the village children and community to receive moral, spiritual, social and emotional help under the leadership of a Chaplain. It will also be used for adult education and vocational training and will be the location for visiting medical teams and the mobile clinic which we hope to bring into the rural communities of Northern Uganda.
